LOST HORIZON Continuing Work On New Material

Guitarist Wojtek Lisicki of the Swedish melodic metallers LOST HORIZON has posted the following message on the group's official web site:

"Christian [Nyquist, drums] is about to perfect an entirely own song for the third LOST HORIZON album! I have just received the beta version in midi form and I can tell you it's AWESOME! It's very LOST HORIZON-ish — still very peculiar — which exposes even more hidden composer talents among the rest of the band (to an extent already known to me) and in relation to that also ability to maintain the essence of the style while expressing in own way."

LOST HORIZON vocalist Daniel Heiman and guitarist Fredrik Olsson left the group in the summer of 2004 in order to pursue other projects. The remainder of the group — Lisicki (who last year returned to LOST HORIZON),Nyquist, Attila Publik and Martin Furängen — are continuing work on material for their third album, tentatively due in early 2006 through an as-yet-undetermined label (the band were previously signed to the now-defunct Music For Nations).
